When you register as a Mindtech Member and opt to either teach or attend a class, we will request Personal Data from you. Transactions involving billing and payment information on Mindtech are processed by PayPal and Stripe, and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not retain any credit card or banking information provided to these payment processors.

For us to send you emails from Mindtech, your email address is required. Additionally, we may request your name, general location, and telephone number to offer further services. We may share some or all of this information with the teachers of classes you sign up for, enabling them to coordinate their classes. Your name, email, or other Personal Data will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties without your consent or unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy.
